Wolf's moonlight

A drawing for my bf that I started when we both got together more than a year ago, but never got to finish it until now, because I was stuck with so many things in this drawing.... I could never make it look as I wanted and that made me put it on wait every time xD Well I'm not happy with it now either, but I decided to just get over with it, so I can maybe start drawing something else? xD
I had lots of trouble with the fur and I'm also not happy how I did the metal parts.... not to mention that I have absolutely no idea where to place the light-shadow (no matter how many tutorials I watch and get it explained, I can never ever figure out that light-shadow thing xD) and something still bothers me with the wolf's face... and so on, there's just too many things on this drawing I can find no solution to xD
In any case, that's it for this drawing, I'll call it finished and yea...
